Game modes and chess clocks
Play solo or with two players on one device without external sign-in. Online matchmaking and private-code games require sign-in and a chosen nickname and are being tested before release. Choose standard chess or Chess960 and a time control: Bullet 1+0, Blitz 3+2, Blitz 5+0, Rapid 10+0 or Rapid 15+10.
Your nickname is public during online play; it is not taken automatically from a sign-in provider. An older saved game without a known mode may also ask you to sign in before resuming.
